Siena's 3rd Birthday

She's a Big Girl Now!



My sweet baby girl has made it clear that she is no longer a baby and then when I really sit back and think about it, I want to cry like a baby! She has grown so beautifully into an amazing child with unique characteristics of both Will and myself. What I love the most though, is her spirit. She is just so happy and it makes my heart melt. When I'm sad, she cries for me to smile and when I'm mad she apologizes and reassures me by saying "But Mom, I still love you!" She is the cheerleader of our soul and we are so blessed and grateful to have been chosen to be her parents. Here are some pics from her birthday party on a hot July day. But you can just call him Little Will!



Little Will is the son of Sara, our very good friend from college who moved up to D.C. years ago. She and little Way...oops I mean Little Will...I guess I just made him one of the newest up and coming child hip hop artists! :) Sorry Sara! Anyways, like I was saying Sara and Little Will planned a trip to come home and visit their family and friends who still reside deep in the heart of Texas and we were able to squeeze a mommy and son shoot in along the canals. Joining us for the evening were Sara's boyfriend Todd who made his first visit to the D/FW metroplex and my little family, Siena and Big Will. Siena and Little Will had so much fun playing together! They were so darn cute. You'll see!

Cutie Patootie Cousins

Grace's mommy and I work together teaching high school and when I saw her darling baby girl at our school's family night carnival this year, I immediately knew I wanted to add her adorable little face to my portfolio. So, I did. Only I got a two for one deal on cutie pies. Grace's cousin Benjamin joined her and added his dark curly locks and sweet personality to our shoot at the park. They were so much fun!
